Quick house update:
We met with our selected builder tonight, Mr. Duncan. Jack came along too, and was very helpful (for example-noticing we had three sets of doors drawn in the future nursery/playroom...don't know how we haven't caught that before)

So, from here, our next steps are:
Get 911 address-( I can't wait to have an official address there!)
Finalize things with the bank
Call the electric company
Call the septic company
Let the building begin! We are planning to start the foundation and all in about a month (maybe earlier?!)
