Just a super quick picture update of our house! We have started moving in...but aren't living there yet. This will probably be my last update for a few days....until we get moved in there and get some internet. The picture above is the top of our new table we bought.

Anna Ruth's adorable bedding my momma made :)

Anna Ruth's playday

Anna Ruth is enoying rolling, kicking, and giving sweet "love punches" today as her momma is having to be way more still than normal. I don't like to do anything half-way and that evidently includes being sick as well. I have strep throat and a sinus infection..and was sent home by the dr. today to rest. Brett was feeling bad for several days as well...so he went in and got a sinus cocktail shot. We are a sad looking pair today, but "this too shall pass".

Refresher of material/color scheme for baby girl's room...
and.......Anna Ruth's nursery rug!!!!! Remember how I made everyone vote on the 123489238 rugs I posted on the blog? Well, I ended up not going with any of them. :) I got this one instead and love it! We spoke with the builder today and should move in starting tomorrow. Prayers please for quick recoveries for Brett and I....plus this is Benchmark testing week at school and certainly NOT an ideal time to be missing work!

Farm livin' is the life for me :)

We've been spending more time on the farm lately...and have around 70 total cows now! We are trying to go out and "watch"/observe the cattle once a week at least to keep good records on them....meaning, which are healthy, which aren't; Which have babies, which don't, etc. Cows are fun to watch :) We had a great Connect Group after church again today and got to play outside! These are the two twin boys at Connect group...cute, cute :)

Okay...I may be a little biased, but isn't she adorable? Lainey enjoyed play time in the swing, courtesy of Uncle Brett.. (Can you tell who's excited to have their own little girl?)

Saturday evening we went to stay at the old house at the farm. Ahh....so relaxing. We grilled and sat on the porch and really enjoyed ourselves. We are so excited to live in the country soon! (possible move-in date this Friday...prayers please!)

Janice has baby chicks! We plan on having our own chickens someday as well....and when it's suppertime I'll just have one of the kids fetch one for me to kill. haha :) Just kidding....that is SO a joke Brett and I have. I don't think we'll ever get THAT country.

We are enjoying all the pretty things in bloom the last couple of weeks. I'm glad God is colorful...He could have stuck with black and white.
New calf with it's momma.
This is what our evenings look like...playtime with Semper, Jack's dog.

*I counted my weeks wrong, and am actually 31 weeks pregnant, not 30. 9 more to go! We went to a class yesterday for Anna Ruth and feel empowered with our bit of knowledge. :)

Here's a glimpse of our carpet. Nothing special, but pretty still :) We had our builder's granddaughter and her friends cleaning our house today...it's starting to look a tad bit more like home. Doesn't feel quite like home yet though....I'm ready to get my hands on it! (Brett and I are excited to keep house ) :) Woohoo! We bought a new riding lawn mower to mow the old house lawn, as well as our house yard with. What a time saver! (I even got to take it for a spin....okay, so I was just allowed to start it today. :) ) Baby steps..Double take!

Brett and I got a glimpse of parenthood last night because we got to babysit Caleb and Lainey..we had a great time!

our ship's "Captain"...

T-ball lesson from the old pro, Uncle Brett

Saturday morning I got to spend time with Becca and Malachi! Becca got some super cute clothes and we had a great time shopping!
Check out that style! :)
Love this look!
Malachi took a good little nap...and was all smiles when he woke up.

29 weeks!

My prints I ordered from "The Wheatfield" came in the mail and they look even better in person! Random ramblings: *I have still been feeling great! Heartburn occasionally....and been real tired at times (but I've also been working 50+ hours per week...) *I'm just now getting the "stare"....you know, where people notice your stomach first...and then your face. At least it's not the "You poor thing" stare yet. that will come soon I'm sure. :) Also, I am no longer anoynmous..anywhere I go it seems there's a mom who wants to connect about mommyhood. Kinda fun :) *We should officially close on the house on the 15th...we're already planning/preparing as much as possible to move in..........(putting a lot of thought into things...it's "GO TIME" as soon as we close! I'll be 31 weeks) I can't wait to cook again...and sew! and most of all, be a momma :)
:)
