Update on condo:
the potential buyer is no longer interested....so, no sell.
Boo.
Our condo appraised for $10,000 LESS than what the people agreed to pay on the contract...
because of comparing us to bank-owned foreclosures.
Prayers please. We don't know what to do at this point and to be honest, this is getting very discouraging.
