For those who might be wondering, I have a stomach virus and sinus infection stuff as well.
I'm on antibiotics (safe for the baby), drinking sips about every 5 minutes or so to get hydrated.
I will stay home from work tomorrow and continue to get rest and hopefully things will be back to normal after that.
